With the technological progress and economic development,rational and efficient use of resources is particularly important,flow measurement now occupy an important position in industrial production,energy metering,transportation,biotechnology and scientific research.Therefore,the requirement and the demand of flow measurement instrumentation becomes bigger and bigger.Turbine flowmeter is a speed-style instrument which plays an important role in the flow measurement instrument.In this paper,the modular design concept is applied.In the principle of small,intelligent,low power consumption,anti-interference ability,this paper designed a gas turbine flowmeter whose core of control system is MSP430F169 produced by TI.This flowmeter not only can carry on the real-time compensation to the gas flow,but also improves the accuracy of measurement.In aspects of microcontroller selection,peripheral devices and software program are both designed with low-power.The flowmeter has joined the AGC technology,so that dynamic range of flowmeter is large enough to handle different signal intensities.At the same time,temperature and pressure compensation is joined in the program.The anti-jamming technology is joined in the PCB design.RS485 is selected to apply in the communication.User can operate the turbine flowmeter easily through LCD display and bottoms.The software part adopts the modular programming,which introduce the realization method of each module,and eventually to combine the hardware circuit to debug the whole system.Through experiments and debugging,the system has achieved the purpose of flow measurement.The structure of the system is reasonable and the function is perfect.The hardware and software design of system both meet the expected requirements.And its good signal acquisition,more stable work,real-time performance,strong anti-interference ability,low-power consumption and accuracy all meet the requirements.
