The Scopecorder is a test and measurement instrument for the electronics industry and is a combination of oscilloscopes and recorders.Compared with the traditional oscilloscope,it supports a variety of signal measurement such as voltage,temperature,strain,acceleration,logic and so on and it can capture fast events.Except that it has the feature of long time and high-precision recording trend waveform,strong signal analysis,processing and waveform storage capacity.This paper proposed to the IPC as the controller and using the Windows operating system,VC for the development platform.Set the interface design,communication design,interface display as one of the interface design concept and ultimately achieve a friendly human-computer interface design.The main research work in this paper includes the following aspects:Firstly determine the overall hardware and software program.Through the analysis of the needs of the system,the overall architecture adopted in this paper is acquisition board + signal processing board + IPC.Then the hardware and software scheme of the Scopecorder is introduced in detail.Then complete 15 kinds of acquisition board interface design.The oscilloscope has eight slots,can support 15 kinds of acquisition board and meet a variety of signals at the same time measurement needs.In the collection board configuration interface design process 15 kinds of acquisition boards can be free combination,channel configuration interface with the acquisition board to be different.Secondly from the control panel,key communication and interface display three parts,this paper achieves the whole process of the Human-computer interaction of Scopecorder.In part of key communication for the non-standard external keyboard,the key value of the transfer and the key value analysis need to be redesigned.this paper gives the solution and implementation process.In the waveform display this paper meet the 128 channel waveform simultaneously display requirements.Finally the hard disk records of the sampled data.The user acquires the underlying data by triggering control,captures the waveform of interest,and saves a large number of interesting,meaningful data in the file for later analysis.In order to make the signal waveform can be replayed in the hard disk of the data,the way of data organization and the definition of the configuration file in the data storage process is described in detail.Scopecorder pluggable board input meets the needs of multi-signal measurement and the needs a wider range of user;the long storage of sampling data in the durability test and equipment failure analysis played a pivotal role.
