Nowadays there are few researches on the work comfort of human-computer interaction based on pipeline's production,and less research on the comfort of humancomputer interaction considering the influence factors of differentiation on humancomputer interaction in the "Man-Machine-Environment" system,and also the research depth and research methods of human-computer interaction comfort evaluation are insufficient.This paper takes the man-machine interaction in the process of gearbox test in the typical automobile manufacturing industry as the research object,and carries on the quantitative analysis to the comfort level of the man-machine operation.First of all,by designing a detailed simulation experiment scheme,the integral value of surface EMG signal of the subjects is calculated during the experiment,and the contribution rate of each muscle is obtained,so as to establish the muscle working intensity model of human upper limb,then the improved fast clustering method is used to classify the muscle intensity of upper limb,thus the dynamic analysis of man-machine work intensity based on time accumulation effect is carried out.Secondly,the evaluation model of man-machine comfort based on support vector regression machine is established,in which the main difference characteristic parameters in the "Man-Machine-Loop" system are used as input,and the result of the model prediction is the comfort score of man-machine operation.Combined with the subjective evaluation results of the subjects,quantitative analysis of the "human","machine" and "environment" factors of the difference on the comfort level of man-machine operations.Finally,taking the test on-line operation of gearbox in company A as an example to verify the validity of the comfort evaluation model based on support vector regression machine,the characteristic values of factors affecting the difference are measured and counted in the production site.On the basis of this,this paper puts forward the relative comfortable threshold of environmental parameters and the advice of improving the layout of man-machine device to help the employees to work safely,comfortably and efficiently.
