This paper will research around the linear motor drive control technology in the following five aspects.(1)Introduce the linear motor,from the aspects of the historical development and current application in various fields.Introduce different kinds of conventional control methods and modern control strategy used for linear motor at present.Then lead to the main content and research background this paper studied.(2)Set up the mathematical model of motor we choosed.Introduce the principle and structure of the linear motor.The paper presents three different coordinate sustems and the transformation matrix between each of them.Get the equations about thrust,voltage,thrust and mechanical movement,which constitute the mathematical model of PMLSM.Obtained the different expression form coordinates of mathematical model respectively.Get the theoretical of control adjusting the mathematical model for permanent magnet synchronous motor as basis.(3)Design the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor system using direct thrust control.Based on the mathematical model we developed,introduce the principle and implementation of the direct thrust control and then design direct thrust control system containing three closed loop control system with thrust,position and velocity.(4)Study the position sensorless controller algorithm used for the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor.Detect the initial position of mover by vibration vein high frequency signal injection.And estimate the motion position of mover by the method of sliding mode observation as the supplement of direct thrust control system.Innovatively combine the two different location estimation method to further enhance control precision.(5)Implementation and verification.Get the combination of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor by coreless coil called 110-2M-N6WD3S-8 and magnetic track called 11007M-N from the Paker company.The give the implementation method of the direct thrust control system containing three closed loop control system with thrust,position and velocity,used dual-core processor called OMAPL137 from TI company.The experimental results show that using estimation position from integrated location estimation algorithm as feedback,direct thrust control system without position sensor,for the permanent magnet linear synchronous motor can effectively achieve higher dynamic performance and control precision...
