Blisk is a new type of components and parts used in advanced aeroengine.Compared to the traditional engine wheel,it decreases the number of connecting parts,reduces the overall quality of the engine,and reduces the structural assembly errors.Therefore,the performance of all aspects of aeroengine which uses the structure of blisk has been improved.But because of its relatively complex structure and the characteristics of high manufacturing requirements,so it is necessary to have a certain level of manufacturing to complete its processing.United States,Britain and other developed countries are more advanced on the study of the precision machining of blisk technology.Because process equipment related to precision finishing of aircraft engine blisk contains military value and commercial competition,so a lot of core technology is not public.Domestic related research is lagging behind,although some colleges and universities on the blisk processing have some progress,but most of the research is still in the prototype trial stage,there is still a long way to go for the use of engineering.At present,blisk is still in the research stage in China.After years of research on blisk,the technology of rough processing has been mastered basically,but there are still many problems to be solved about its precision polishing.There is remarkable gap between China and other countries in the thrust-weight ratio and the reliability.One of the most important reasons is that the precision polishing technology of blisk in China is poor,and mostly by manual processing,which makes the overall consistency of the disc poorer,and the efficiency of processing lower.In this paper,according to the structural characteristics of blisk of the aeroengine and the grinding characteristics of the material,the grinding process test is carried out,and finally the equipment which is applicable for automatic polishing of the whole disc has been designed,which lay the foundation for improving the performance of the aeroengine.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)According to the structural characteristics of blisk,it researches on the grinding characteristics of titanium alloy material which is made of blisk,and carries on the related experiment research,and determine the optimum grinding parameters of the disc.(2)By contrasting and analyzing many polishing scheme,we have finally determined the structure of machine tools and the best grinding and polishing ways,which will become the theoretical basis of determining the technical design of grinding equipment.(3)According to comparative analysis of a variety of machine design and determine the best machine concept.And use mechanical design and mechanical principles of relevant knowledge for the key components of the machine to conduct a detailed structural design.The key components of the machine's static and dynamic analysis to identify weaknesses in the machine.According to the corresponding optimization principle with high stiffness,light weight,low natural frequency as the target for the key components of the machine structure optimization,and ultimately obtain high stability and reliability of the machine,in order to improve the machining accuracy blisk blade profile.
