With the rapid development of science and technology,integrated circuit technology has been improved to the performance of more excellent,switching power supply technology as an indispensable one of the integrated circuit,naturally with the development of cutting-edge technology has a more excellent performance.The rapid development of electronic communication equipment and mobile handheld devices has made people demand higher and higher requirements for electronic equipment,such as lightweight,high performance,fast,low power consumption and so on.It is precisely because of this,more and more power industry workers pursue excellent performance of the switching power supply chip.This paper is based on the above reasons,the DC / DC converter chip for a detailed study and design a secondary slope compensation DC / DC converter circuit chip.This paper first introduced the background of today's switching power industry and China's switching power industry.Then the current mainstream switching power supply types and external topology were introduced,describes the working principle and application conditions.The secondary slope compensation technology Advantages and innovation.Then,the paper introduces the bandgap reference circuit,the clock oscillator,the error amplifier,and the secondary slope compensation circuit module which used in this paper,uses the secondary slope Compensation technology can improve the chip carrying capacity,so that the chip under the same operating conditions to load a larger output current,while no need an open circuit,while reducing the cost and the design is more simple.the overall simulation of the chip,some more important parameters of the switching power supply chip have been simulated,analysed and verified of the design of the rationality.This article is used by NEC's 0.35?m BCD process,the use of Cadence,Hspice and other simulation tools,the chip modules and the overall simulation.In the chip peripheral selection BOOST type topology,the output is adjusted to 24 V stable voltage,the chip's other parameters and indicators are also meet the design requirements.
