Non-PVC infusion soft bag as an important large infusion reagent,due to it's storage and transportation convenience,low toxicity,simple infusion process,etc.,represents the future direction of large infusion.In the infusion soft bag production process,product will inevitably be mixed with glass chips,plastic chips,fibers,hair and other insoluble foreign body,which is a huge threat to patient's health.The National Pharmacopoeia clearly stipulates that the infusion products must be detected bottle by bottle to determine if it contains insoluble foreign particle.At present,domestic enterprises are still using trained workers to detect the foreign particle for the infusion soft bag products,the method has the shortage such as: high labor intensity,low detection accuracy,accuracy largely depends on the worker's condition.Visible foreign body inspection machine based on machine vision due to it's high detection speed,high precision,has been used to detected ampoule and other bottled liquid reagents and obtained a better result.Visible foreign body inspection machine for Infusion soft bag is more difficult to research and development.Foreign countries have come out related products in recent years,yet we haven't seen report of any Chinese company successfully manufactured the automatic inspection machine for infusion soft bag.For that reason,this dissertation's work of designing and researching of the automatic control system of the infusion soft bag inspection machine is of great significance.The key technology of mechanical system,control system and automation system of infusion soft bag inspection machine is studied in this dissertation.The main contents are as follows:1.Based on the survey of the existed foreign particle inspection machine for ampoule and glass bottles,the features of infusion soft bag,the actual condition of the production line and the requirements of the soft infusion bag manufacture enterprise,this dissertation complete the detailed design of mechanical system of the soft infusion bag inspection machine.2.The working process and timing of each module of the infusion soft bag inspection machine are analyzed in detail.On this basis,the specific control scheme of the control system is designed.3.A single-station experiment platform is built to give platform for the visible foreign object recognition algorithm.Based on this,the influence of shooting parameters on the shooting results is studied.4.The algorithm of locating the infusion soft bag is realized,and the running speed,accuracy and precision of the locating algorithm are tested and analyzed.The design of the mechanical and control system at this dissertation have been checked by the manufacture enterprise,and the project has entered the stage of equipment procurement and parts manufacturing.The research of the shooting parameters provides the basis for the parameter setting of the inspection machine's shooting system.The realization of the locating algorithm has solved the difficulty of locating infusion soft bag in Automation System.In summary,the work in this dissertation made a good foundation for the development of the infusion soft bag inspection machine.
