With the development of technology,more and more intelligent manufacturing equipment is applied to stamping production.In large and medium-sized enterprises,the way of manual operation is gradually replaced by industrial robots and multiple position press.However,small and medium enterprise tend to choose automatic loading and unloading of equipment instead of manual operation on the basis of the original press because of the cost factor.This article is based on the 1030T straight side press of Shandong Gaomi Gaoduan Machinery Co.,Ltd.,a kind of high efficiency and low cost single machine automatic feeding equipment and control system for small and medium enterprises is studied.The main work of this article are as following:Firstly,the necessity and feasibility of applying automatic loading and unloading equipment are analyzed in this paper based on the lack of production technology in Shandong Gaomi Gaoduan Machinery Co.,Ltd..By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various ways of loading and unloading,we choose the best plan for this topic,and then determine the overall layout of the equipment.The main mechanical system of automatic loading and unloading equipment is introduced by module,and the production rhythm is calculated.Secondly,design of the automatic loading and unloading equipment's control system of a Single Machine is completed.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various control methods,PLC control system and CNC system are selected as the control system of this subject.Two ways of manual and automatic control are designed according to the needs of control system and the functions to be realized.And then the working principle of the control system is analyzed.Thirdly,the hardware design of single machine automatic loading and unloading equipment control system is completed.The hardware composition of the control system is introduced.On the basis of the selection principle of the control system and the control demand,the selection of PLC and CNC system is completed.On this basis,the address of the PLC controller I/O channel is distributed,and the pneumatic system of the feeding manipulator and the upper and lower material machine is designed to prevent multiple sheets from the feeding process.And then a multiple detection system is designed.Fourthly,the software design of single machine automatic loading and unloading equipment control system is completed.The working process and action sequence of single machine automatic loading and unloading equipment are analyzed,and the sequential function diagram of control system is designed.On this basis,PLC program and NC system program are designed and the design of the man-machine interface of the control system is completed.Finally,the installation and commissioning of the single machine automatic loading and unloading equipment is carried out.The equipment is processed and assembled in Shandong Gaomi Gaoduan Machinery Co.,Ltd..The control system is debugged.The tooling and multiple inspection system are tested and improved.Through the modification of the original scheme and the modification of the G code program,the interference in the operation of the equipment and the long time used for running time are solved respectively.The equipment is running continuously for 48 hours,and all the equipments are in good working condition.
