As a new kind of energy, nuclear energy is becoming more and more important in the electric power industry. Discotic gasket ring is an important part of nuclear power plant, and its performance is directly related to the safety of electric power production and people's lives, so we should be strict with testing the compression performance of discotic gasket ring. But the test of discotic gasket ring is a small displacement and ultrahigh pressure measurement, and our country has not been having a proper equipment to test the compression performance of discotic gasket ring.According to the technical indexes are put forward by the first party, a set of equipment which is special for discotic gasket ring is proposed. The equipment is mainly divided into mechanical structure, hydraulic transmission system, and control system. The main research contents are as follows:1. This paper studies the technical requirements of the compression testing machine of discotic gasket ring and completes its overall scheme.2. According to the technical requirements of the compression testing machine of discotic gasket ring, the design difficulties of hydraulic transmission system are analyzed in detail in this paper. In addition, we realize that the hydraulic transmission system has to makes even and small deformation under ultra-high pressure. By the analysis of the shortcomings of the existing oil circuit designs, using the three cylinder oil circuit to enlarge the amount of oil and checking loss pressure, this paper builds a set of hydraulic transmission system which can meet the technical requirements.3. After analyzing the scheme of PLC control system, this paper firstly has a strict selection of the PLC control system hardware. Besides, this paper reasonably allocates the ports and resources and completes the PLC control system circuit design and offline settings. Then this paper designs the circuit which is used to protect the motor. On this basis, the parameters of the three-phase circuit and the single-phase circuit are carried on the strict calculation so that we can choose appropriate electrical components and complete power system design.4. According to the analysis of software scheme, this paper firstly gets the process of the master control program. Then, this paper analyzes the interference signals occurred in experiments. And according to the characteristics of I/O and analog signals,this paper uses some appropriate digital filters and compares the effect of before and after filtering. In order to produce even and small deformation, this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of PID algorithm and fuzzy control algorithm and uses the fuzzy self-tuning PID algorithm. Finally, the program design of touch screen is analyzed in detail in this paper, and the man-machine interaction function is realized.5. After the completion of research and design, the whole system needs to be debugged repeatedly, which includes anti-interference performance, man-machine interactive performance of touch screen and the control performance of fuzzy self-tuning PID algorithm. Then this paper verifies the performance indexs. And according to the long-term test data, this paper analyzes the zero shif and its solution.Finally, after the repeated testing and analysis of samples, the compression testing machine of discotic gasket ring is accepted by the first party and has been put into use.
