In general,X-ray energy spectrum information is often needed to assist in the analysis in the process of inertial confinement fusion.The optical signals generated by the plasma contain a lot of important information about the plasma itself,which helps to understand its interactions.This part of the information covers the plasma rotation speed,ion temperature and other parameters,so the parameters can be obtained by resolving the information.According to the relevant literature,elliptical bending spectrometer is mostly used to obtain the initial X-ray energy spectrum information currently.This part of the information is mainly obtained by the image acquisition part of the elliptical bending spectrometer which directly affects the performance of the spectrometer and is an premise for the spectrometer to obtain accurate information.Therefore,the study of high resolution and low noise acquisition system for elliptical bending spectrometer has practical significance,which is the focus of this paper.In this paper,CPLD is used as the core control device,while CCD is used as the photosensitive device,the host computer is used as a data transmission channel and wavelet transform is used as the image acquisition and processing system based on image denoising algorithm.The system mainly consist of the CCD with a peripheral circuits,AD(analog-digital conversion),CPLD drive generation and logic control,power and software systems and other modules.First of all,making the hardware system have a normal output requires a stable hardware circuit and matching drive timing.In this paper,ICX285 AL is used as a system of photosensitive devices and its principles and working conditions,design drive timing circuit is analyzed in detail.In the In AD conversion part,the programmable AD9979 is used as the core of the analog-to-digital conversion module.In the PCB layout,attentions are payed to the rationality of layout and routing,anti-jamming processing,simulation and digital ground isolation,and the collected image data is transmitted through the USB transfer protocol.Then,combining with the characteristics of the noise in the collected images and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various denoising algorithms,the wavelet transform is chosen as the core algorithm of image denoising.Testing of the software system and the hardware system reveals the system with high resolution real-time processing of the characteristics used to collect the image contains very little noise and effectively remove the image noise through wavelet transform and can meet the actual needs better.
