In recent years,the main objective of industrial development is gradually forming cleaning industrial development in China,As to promote industrial production in the process of energy conservation,low-carbon environmental protection,and accelerate to lay a good foundation for the construction of an environment-friendly society.Power plants are the main place of NO_x emission.How to reduce the environmental impact of NO_x is the most urgent task for enterprises.The industry generally recognizes that low nitrogen combustion technology can reduce the NO_x emission,ease the environmental pollution.In this paper,based on the analysis of NO_x generation mechanism,the fundamental and implementation of low NO_x combustion technology and the comparison of comprehensive economic parameters,It provides the basis for the development of low nitrogen combustion technology of circulating fluidized bed boiler.Firstly,it reviews the mechanism of NO_x formation during the process of boiler combustion,and analyzes the influencing factors of NO_x emission in flue gas,such as bed temperature,excess air coefficient and cyclic rate.It also introduces the controlling measures of the NO_x emission in the combustion flue gas.Based on the current situation of circulating fluidized bed boiler operation in Fuyuan Power Plant and the reasons of the high concentration of NO_x,this paper puts forward the measures to reduce the NO_x in Fuyuan Power Plant.Secondly,it analyzes the technical principle and puts forward the technical scheme of low-nitrogen combustion.The oxygen concentration in the vertical direction of the furnace is divided into different layers,which can solve the problem of uneven oxygen distribution in the horizontal direction of the furnace.The cyclone mixed oxygen technology can change the fuel combustion direction of the air pipe,producing strong cyclone effect in the middle of the furnace.Combining with the oxygen-enriched flue gas at the outlet of the draft fan,the oxygen-deficient combustion technology in the furnace could solve the problem of high content in the furnace.The delay technology accelerates the material from the furnace exit into the separator stage due to tapered nozzle effect,increasing the material radius of rotation,reducing the amount of flue gas short circuit,increasing the ability to capture flammable ash,reducing the furnace bed temperature.Finally,it carries out the effect and economic analysis of the low-nitrogen combustion technology of 240t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler.The results show that low NO_x combustion technology has a significant effect on NO_x control of circulating fluidized bed boiler.
