Coal production and consumption of China was in top rank around the world.Almost all of the industrial and civilian fuel is coal.The coal of 3.66 billion tons of were produced in China in 2012.The more than 70% of industrial energy was coal in China.More than 50% of annual production of coal were used by the power plant.Environmental pollution is known as a limiting factor in the development of China's power industry,due to the power generation of power generation.Coal is the main fuel for thermal power plants,and pollutants are released due to the burning of fossil fuels.Flue gas contains the main pollutants include: soot,sulfur dioxide(SO2),nitrogen oxides(NOx)and carbon dioxide(CO2),and greenhouse gases.To date,an important issue is placed in the face of China's social development and people's lives-environmental pollution,but also an urgent problem for China's sustainable economic development.According to coal,theoretical calculations and tests tell us that SO2 emissions are typically between 1000-10000 mg / Nm3 for a circulating fluidized bed boiler and typically 100 to 500 mg / Nm3.The method of this thesis is to study the operation status and equipment status of a 440 t / h circulating fluidized bed boiler in a thermal power plant.The purpose of this thesis to grasp the actual situation of the actual pollutant emissions,to solve the relevant desulfurization and denitrification technology applications.In a 440 t / h circulating fluidized bed boiler to carry out the impact of the original emissions of pollutants in the experimental study,the main factors involved in coal,bed temperature,graded combustion and other factors.A detailed study of a thermal power plant furnace and furnace desulfurization process,SNCR denitrification process.The study compared the technical feasibility and economic feasibility of the furnace and the furnace outside the desulfurization of ultra low emission technology combined with the program proved to be effective.Combustion optimization and SNCR denitrification combined with low emissions are proven to be effective.
