Study On The Spatial Optimization Design Of New Rural Housing In Guangzhou

Recently,in the context of improving a new socialist countryside and building a livable countryside,the urbanization of Guangzhou has been developing fast.The rural economy and the living standard of villagers have been greatly improved.Moreover,rural residences,infrastructures and ecological environment are increasingly updated.However,rural residences has led to various problems.For example,some rural residences copy the urban residences aimlessly,ignoring the demand from the living standard and production of farmers.It is an urgent task to seek the space design which can meet the needs of farmer's living and production.The thesis is aimed at researching an optimal design on account of the dynamics of rural family composition and the diversity of rural household industry.By studying related policy and documents of the new countryside,analyzing and summarizing the deficiency of the current situation as well as basing on the result of realistic research,it is a truth that there are some problems that is not suitable for the space usage of new countryside in Guangzhou,above which proving realistic basis and basic documents.Besides,based on investigated results and date collection,the this paper further analyzes the influencing factors towards the design of new countryside in Guangzhou in terms of natural ecology,social environment,the comparison of living mode as well as living and producing ways.It is found out that the direct influence to the space is due to the living and producing ways.Based on the influencing factors of space design and analyzing the characteristic of living space and additional function space,it is found out that the requirement of space feature.It has been proposed optimally recording to the deficiency of existing functional space,and producing modular design based on the relationship between functional space and the living habit of villagers.Based on the current condition,influencing factors and characters of the space in the new countryside in Guangzhou,meeting the needs of well-equipped functional space,reasonable function zoning,flow organization and multifunction,the new countryside is divided into living style,agricultural style and business style.It is proposed an optimal strategy on the basis of various living style and household industry type.Besides,it is put forward that a shared household town house,including commodity style,dining style,accommodation style and renting style as well as providing sustainable reform of the space of new countryside,trial on various types of housing type so as to adapt to the new requirements of future living space in the new countryside.
