In recent years,the rapid development of high-speed rail in China has provided convenience for people to travel.However in the operation of the EMU,there will be inevitably a variety of faults,and how to ensure the safe and efficient operation of EMU has become the focus of research in the field of motor vehicle operations.Since the operation and maintenance data of the EMU is large and complex,how to quickly and effectively pick up useful information in these disorganized data and display it in a visual way has become an important research direction.With the development of modern technology,the amount of data generated by EMU is getting increasingly larger,and the existed data analysis methods are getting unsuitable for large-scale,and are also difficult to meet the needs of users.In view of the above problems,this thesis designed and implemented a visualization system based on Hadoop Big Data platform EMU operation and maintenance of data.The system realizes interpolation of the missing value from the real-time operation data of EMU.The system also achieve a variety of data visualization display function for the business staff to get a visual analysis tool,through the visualization of technology application scenarios,drawing methods and interactive technology research,according to the actual needs of the business.The main contents include:(1)Through the analysis of the requirements of the EMU Operation and maintenance data visualization system,the overall scheme design of the system is put forward.On basis of the system architecture,this thesis designed and implemented the rights management module,data importing and exporting module,data preprocessing module and data visualization analysis module.Focusing on the realization of the data preprocessing module and data visualization analysis display module.(2)In order to avoid missing data of vehicle-to-ground transmission in real-time,this thesis proposes a weighted Bias algorithm,and it is migrated to the big data platform to realize MapReduce parallelization.Thereby achieve the EMU operation and maintenance data cleaning,and enhance the visualization of data quality.(3)In consideration of the actual needs of the business,visual display plug-in ECharts is used to visualize the operation and maintenance data of EMU.The visualization function of the display of monitoring data,statistical analysis of fault data,performance trend analysis and correlation analysis are realized,which verifies the practicability of the visualization system.
