Anti reflection and self-cleaning photovoltaic module glass can improve the efficiency of photovoltaic power generation,reduce the cost of manual cleaning,shorten the cost of power generation and power generation cycle,improve its market competitiveness.PV module surface dust and dirt led to a significant reduction in the average value of solar cells,frequent power plant maintenance and cleaning later not only led to the latter part of China's photovoltaic power generation project increased losses,but also affect the life of PV modules.This thesis analyzes the reason why the self-cleaning film has excellent performance to increase the transmittance of the incident light and enhance the power of the solar cell.The performance of the film after the completion of the normal coating,the average transmittance of light can reach 93%,to show superior hydrophilicity,superior resistance to dust and adhesion and superior decomposition of organic matter,through the above three how to effectively reduce the various types of photovoltaic power plant components of the glass surface of the dust,organic pollutants,and then how to bring more benefits to the photovoltaic power plants were discussed.The results of GB/T 30984.1-2015,IEC61215,IEC61730,JC/T 2423 and other standard reliability tests were carried out by spray coating and prepared by SSG glass.The results were as follows:light ratio,film hardness,photolysis index,wear resistance,UV radiation resistance,heat cycle performance.resistance to heat and heat performance of a comprehensive test items.The results show that the film has excellent optical properties and weather resistance.The spraying and roller coating process were discussed,and the former model was adopted for the technical transformation of the built power station.Through the reasonable configuration of the moving speed of the equipment,the number of guns,spacing,and select the operating environment conditions to ensure that the enhanced self-cleaning nano-film coating effect is excellent;the new power station,the assembly after the final inspection,production line to immediately complete the enhanced self-cleaning nano-film roller coating work.Directly on the surface of the photovoltaic glass roll coating layer.In the existing standard can not be clearly applied when the new technology will increase the power generation gain,in order to solve the power generation gain caused by business disputes and other matters,for the technical completion of the power station,the mathematical analysis,studied in a reasonable error.In the range to select the best power statistics program for the follow-up business to provide a theoretical basis for the development of special reference matrix and reference matrix selection principles and gain calculation method.
