With the development of modern transportation industry and the popularization of railway electrication,the application of electric locomotive is more and more extensive.Locomotive wiper is an important component of electric locomotive,it impact on the front of the driver,s vision.The current wiper generally have high failture rate?instability?low efficiency.The traditional rain wiper in locomotive use two DC110 V motor,so the cost is very high.The Power Supply is design in this thesis,which adapt to the locomotive wiper and use the DC24 V motor.It has high value and significance,it greatly reduce the cost of rain wiper.The Power Supply in this thesis use the LLC Soft Switch and Synchronous Rectifier technology,so the efficiency of the Power Supply in this thesis is very high.At the same time,the maintenance of the locomotive is also a key point of locomotive maintenance.The Power Supply in this thesis use two ordinary DC24 V motor,it has self-protect function,so it has the advantage of simple the maintenance of the rain wiper.In this thesis,We analyzed the principle of the Power Supply which we designed,especially the structure of the LLC,We use the AD 09 designing the PCB,debugging the prototype,especially debugging the parameter of the LLC.Finally we test the waveform of the prototype and analysis the results of the test.Most of the traditional DC/DC Power Supply use the diode rectifier,so it need a large radiator to dissipation the heat,the Power Supply in this thesis not use the LLC Soft Switch technology but also use the Synchronous Rectification technology,Compared with the traditional Power Supply use diode rectifier,the Power Supply in this thesis has lower switch loss and has greatly efficiency.Based on the above work,a kind of 200 W Power Supply which based on the chip of TEA1716 has been designed,The output circuit use the Synchronous Rectification,which controlled by TEA1995.Through test and analysis it achieved the expected effect and has a good market prospect.
