The power system gradually developed into more efficient large internet systems that centralized power generation and long-distance transmission,due to the depletion of fossil energy and uneven domestic electricity load.But with the transmission distance increases,the safety and reliability of the power supply will be reduced,so it is necessary to find a way to improve the reliability of the system power supply.Distributed power generation has the advantage of low pollution discharge,high reliability and so on,but there are also random,volatility and other defects.In order to give full play to the advantages of distributed power,the concept of micro-network was proposed.The rational optimization scheduling of the microgrids system,has a very significant effect to reduce transmission losses,electricity costs,environmental pollution and other issues.Therefore,the establishment of the mathematical model for the optimization of microgrids with multiple distributed powers has important significance to the development of the power grid.The development background,significance of microgrid,and research status at home and abroad is introduced in this paper at first,and the mathematical model of PV array and wind turbine is analyzed.Discussed the energy saving and emission reduction of microgrids.Energy efficiency considered the problem of line loss caused by long distance transmission from large power grids,and the cost of fuel used by power plants in the traditional power generation mode;emission reduction considered the cost of various pollutants in the traditional power generation system microgrids can be avoided as a zero-emission power generation unit,and the benefit s of carbon emissions trading that actively promoted at present.The microgrids optimal scheduling model that considering energy saving and emission reduction was established based on the single-objective optimization of economic cost and the multi-objective optimization of economic cost and environmental benefit.Taking the existing energy structure in Shandong Province as an example,the total power generation costs of the system under the traditional power generation mode are calculated(including the cost of the system and the cost of pollution discharge).The penalty function method is used to transform the constraint problem into unconstrained problem,the basic particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the microgrid optimal scheduling model considering energy saving and emission reduction.The improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed to solve the above model,to deal with the defects that basic particle swarm algorithm is easy to fall into the local optimal.The results shows that the integrated power generation cost of The microgrids optimal scheduling model that considering energy saving and emission reduction is lower than that of the traditional power generation mode,and it is the best to use the improved particle swarm algorithm to solve the multi-objective optimal scheduling scheme.It is shown that the scheduling scheme can not only save the power generation cost but also reduce the pollutant discharge.And it is confirmed the rationality of the model established in this paper.
