Under the dual pressure of energy crisis and environmental pollution,the development of electric vehicles has become the main strategic orientation of China's automobile industry.Electric vehicle industry has been listed as one of the national strategic emerging industries.On this basis,electric vehicles driven by dual motor dual shaft have become one of the new research hotspots in the field of electric vehicle because of their advantages such as good power,economy and driving stability.Therefore,a test platform is designed in order to meet the needs of the development and testing of electric vehicle power system driven by dual motor dual shaft.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Overall scheme was designed and the structure and power system were developed The subsystems of the test platform were designed and selected.After comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different types of motor,AC asynchronous motor was selected as the power motor,which was equipped with corresponding motor controller to realize the communication between the motor and main control system.Simulation model of dynamic load resistance of electric dynamometer,which could be used to simulate the vehicle road resistance,was designed.The torque sensor was selected according to its measure range.The parameter design of gear reducer and cast iron plate was given in this paper.(2)The communication system of the test platform was designed,which includes two parts: hardware and communication protocol.The test platform based on CAN communication protocol conversion board was designed in the part of hardware.In communication protocol part,data acquisition and control command transmission of test platform were accomplished based on CAN and serial port communication protocols.Moreover,the CAN communication protocols of the motor controller and the electric power dynamometer frequency conversion control system were made.And the communication protocols of torque meter and DC power serial were also made.(3)Data acquisition and instruments control were carried out on the test platform based on LabVIEW.Overall framework of the measurement and control software was built.In which,the four modules of system configuration,console,data monitoring and data processing were programmed.The whole communication of test platform was realized with the communication protocol made in the third chapter.The test platform simulation of electric vehicle power system driven by dual motor dual shaft was realized.(4)Experiments of motor external characteristics,drag resistance,load resistance simulation,rules of power consumption characteristics and influence of rotating shaft distribution coefficient on power consumption were carried out on the text platform.Experimental results show that the new test platform can be effectively applied in power system research and validation for electric vehicles driven by dual motor dual shaft.
