Air missile warhead is a kind of air missile to protect the targets on the ground,it can defense cruise missile and armored vehicles,and to effectively intercept cruise missiles and armored vehicles,this paper designs and optimizes a kind of air missile warhead,and analyzes its power.The main structure of cruise missile and armored vehicle and the vulnerability of the key components are analyzed.According to the damage level,the damage tree is established,and according to the damage the tree,the equivalent damage model is established,according to the target equivalent model to determine damage types(including prefabricated fragment and the type of liner),in turn a kind of multi-function air missile warhead which contains a prefabricated fragment and liner designed by using the theoretical methods to calculate the power of the warhead,under the premise of meeting the tactical requirements,the structure of the warhead is optimized.The power of the warhead was calculated using the theoretical method,The mathematical model is programmed with a single equivalent method,The first analysis of the fragment power,The main analysis is preformed fragment velocity and charge diameter between D and the relation between the charge conditions in determining certain diameter,According to the calculation model of prefabrication fragment scattering angle,scattering angle and fragments initial velocity of the relationship between the number,Secondly,according to the type of Medicine established cover(EFP)power calculation mathematical model,through programming,using MATLAB,can calculate the change curve of the liner speed increases with the length of the charge of H warhead structure was optimized.According to the optimized structure,the finite element model of the warhead is established,and the power of warhead is simulated by using LS-DYAN,the power simulation compared the theoretical calculation to analyze,the results show that two results are basically consistent.,it can be concluded that the design of air missile warhead in this paper has the effective damage of cruise missile and armored vehicles and can provide reference for the design of air missile warhead.
