In recent years,the pulsed power technology develop towards the direction of high repetition frequency,As an important part of the repetition frequency pulsed power device,Attention has been given to high pulse repetitive gas spark switch,this thesis through the theoretical summary,numerical simulation and experiment,conducted multiple researches of high pulse repetitive gas spark switch.Firstly,researched voltage doubling circuit through circuit simulation software LT spice.Summarized the influences of parameters to output voltage waveform and manufactured a high voltage DC system.Through theoretical analysis and calculation,manufactured a high voltage measuring system on the platform,which include a resistor voltage divider and a high voltage pulse divider.According to the experimental needs,manufactured different load system,Finally build an experimental platform of the gas spark switch.According to the theoretical formula of the breakdown voltage of Parallel electrodes,confirmed the structure parameters of the switch's main electrodes.According to the relationship of breakdown peak voltage with distance of electron,confirmed the creepage distance of the external insulation support of the switch.Electric field simulation of the switch obtained body inductance and body resistance of the switch,circuit simulation of the switch obtained it's ability of transmit high current.Build a high pulse repetitive gas spark switch after confirmed switch's materials and plotted the engineering drawing of the switch.Finally,completed self-breakdown experiments,single trigger experiments,repetitive trigger experiments and other experiments in the experimental platform of gas spark switch,focusing on the plasma channel's modeling when switch in the process of breakdown,completed a lot of experimental research,finally,established the plasma channel equivalent circuit model which express a time-varying resistance and time varying inductance in series.The different model of plasma channel which have different dielectric is compared and the theoretical explanations are given.
