In the process of stamping of automobile carling,vibration phenomena occur frequently.The vibration can lead to people’s energy dispersion,reduce the service life of the equipment,affect the accuracy of the parts processing,and produce noise pollution.Aiming at the vibration problem in the process of production and based on the company production,this paper analyzed the stress distribution of single hole punching.And it is concluded that the single hole punching force can quickly rise to the rapid decline of the mechanical law curve after the yield limit of the material.According to this law,this paper puts forward the theory of step punching.And the whole punching process is divided into 4 to 7 steps.According to the arrangement of the 4 steps and the 7 steps,the experiments were carried out and the vibration was measured.The results show that the cutting force can be distributed more uniformly at each step and the maximum load can also be reduced.Through the finite element analysis of the slider,the equivalent stress and deformation of the slider are reduced,and the equipment is well protected.Finally,in order to improve the service life of the punch,the surface performance of the punch is improved by PVD coating technology.Through the detailed analysis of the mechanical properties,wear resistance,and the effect of the coating,the best process scheme of PVD coating technology was worked out,and the results are applied to the production.
