| Along with automobile industry's rapid development and technical level unceasing enhancement in our country,in order to promote products' market occupancy percentage,many automobile manufacturers are striving to abridge new vehicle types' putting in cycle,while promotes the new vehicle type unceasingly.As an important craft equipment of automobile panel,design speed and the quality of mold affect the automobile development cycle and the quality directly.In order to adapt the present situation of automobile development and enhance competitive ability,mold structural design research power must be strengthened.It is conduced to reduce mold design,manufacture cycle and designers' labor intensity.Based on summarizing original mold structural design method,the paper proposes parallel idea of mold's three dimensional entity parameterization modeling and the three dimensional design,analyzes different type mold structure pattern and induces each type mold's structural design mentality and method.On the CAD aspect,the paper proposes the idea of breaking up the whole into parts are in view of low efficiency,difficulty in changing and duplicated great labor in mold structure three dimensional entity design.Mode is classified into different standard storeroom artificially under the UG environment.By using corresponding module and the re-development functions in UG,mold structure entity design resources storehouse of automobile suitcase partition board's crossbeam single acting drawing.Moreover,various working procedures mold modular design three dimensional design of C2 vehicle coping are realized by using assembles the technical from the top to establish mold assembly body and using the parameterization characteristic modeling technology.On the CAE aspect,by using advanced sheet forming analysis software Autoform and taking the actual production typical automobile the roof panel as the study object,the paper applies the one-stage process basic principle to the supplemented design stage,carries on the finite element simulation craft analysis to the components ramming process,then instructs craft plan and supplement of optimizes craft.Moreover,the paper studies some main parameters in depth,such as drawing muscle,friction coefficient,material and sheet thickness choice, analyzes the simulation result contrastively and obtains the appropriate parameter.This provides powerful basis for the mold design,enables to forecast the flaws in the design initial period while formerly discovered in the manufacturing stage.Then times of mold debugging are reduced greatly,mold cycle is shorted,and mold processing quality is improved. |
