The release of national policy boost the town heat wave struck,across the country set off the town "hot".Flavour town construction for the prosperity of local culture,promote local economic development has important significance.However,in the town of construction,the monotony of serious,part of the flavour of the town landscape construction does not focus on the integration and protection of regional culture.In this paper,the landscape design of Tianshui flavour town in Gansu Province is taken as an example,and the methods of literature analysis,field investigation,case analysis and summary induction are adopted.The expression of regional culture in landscape is analyzed in detail the way.First of all,from the theoretical point of view,elaborated the meaning of regional culture and landscape design and the relationship between them,for the relevant research of the article provides theoretical support.At the same time,through the analysis of famous towns at home and abroad,drawing on the characteristics and successes of its construction,the paper analyzes the application form and expression of regional culture in landscape design.On this basis,through the practice of landscape design and design of Tianshui flavour town in Gansu Province,the author deeply explored the regional culture of Tianshui City,integrated the natural landscape characteristics and social and cultural characteristics of Tianshui,and explained Tianshui Culture from the aspects of history,nature and urban landscape The The use of garden art techniques,such as: pattern,text,scene reproduction,plant combination,space to create a variety of ways,through the landscape point,line,surface,to fully interpret the local material culture and spiritual culture.Through the study,the main conclusions are drawn:(1)Through the investigation and analysis of Tianshui culture,the traditional culture such as Fuxi culture,folk culture,food culture,historical monuments and fairy tales,ancient trees and city tree flowers are mainly extracted into the landscape design of the town,Features.(2)put forward the application of regional culture in the design of Tianshui flavour town,that is,the use of text,pattern,scene reproduction,plant combination,space construction,etc.to the landscape design,to create a cultural atmosphere.(3)In Tianshui town design,from the "point,line,surface" aspects of all-round consideration,through the landscape nodes,landscape axis and space places and other aspects of Tianshui regional culture.
