The climate in Xinjiang region has the characteristics of typical arid desert region.The air humidity is low,the evaporation quantity is big,the weather is strong,the day and night temperature difference is big;the summer temperature is high,the sunshine time is long,the winter temperature is low,the snowfall is big.On the other hand,Xinjiang is rich in mineral resources.Xinjiang oil resources accounted for about30% of the country's onshore oil resources,coal forecast resources accounted for about 40% of the country.As the heavy road transport of bulk mineral resources,heavy truck axle load than truck.Asphalt pavement with long term exposure to high temperature alternate,freeze-thaw cycle,strong ultraviolet radiation and other harsh environmental conditions,coupled with the role of heavy vehicles,which is easy to produce cracks,rutting,hold bags,subsidence and other damage,the early damage of asphalt pavement is serious,greatly reduce the pavement performance,shorten the service life.Obtaining the dynamic response of asphalt pavement under the load and environment is a prerequisite to study the damage mode of asphalt pavement.Due to the complexity of the material and mechanical behavior of pavement structure,and the role of the external environment,Xinjiang has been in a blank in the study of the mechanical response of pavement structure.In the field of domestic and foreign research methods are generally used for the three major categories.The first is by the method of theoretical research,by using the calculation method of mechanics calculation analyses of stress or strain solution;the second is by the method of numerical simulation,the calculation software using the finite element software or company to calculate;third is using the method of embedding sensor,in-situ stressand strain values.This study is based on third methods of cement stabilized gravel base asphalt pavement is widely used to focus on local,national G216 interval Wucaiwan to Mount Huangshan road test based on dynamic load test of asphalt pavement under the influence of asphalt pavement under heavy load,traffic conditions,road three(vertical to the longitudinal and transverse strain),and ground temperature,pavement load analysis,and gives the function of their relationship type.The main framework of this paper is as follows:First of all,this paper reviews and summarizes the research of dynamic response analysis of road surface dynamic response and the field of sensor pavement monitoring,analyzes the achievements and experience gained in previous research,and demonstrates the necessity of this research.Secondly,this paper introduces the basic situation of the research of the project,that is,the G216 line of the five colorful bay to the Mount Huangshan section of the test road.On the material test,pavement structure,pavement structure,fiber grating sensor layout scheme is on-site installation and debugging,and the dynamic response of asphalt pavement structure monitoring system and data acquisition and analysis were gradually introduced.Thirdly,the traffic load on pavement structure is analyzed.Statistical analysis of the traffic test road opened by using the contact type load sensor embedded on the surface of the pavement,axle load,axle classify,traffic condition demonstration test road,the definition of the road traffic load levelThen,using the fiber grating sensor to acquire the asphalt layer and the cement stabilized gravel base to three strain data,as well as the structure layer and the temperature data of pavement structural analysis to three instantaneous strain and load strain analysis,and gives the regression relationship,which is used to simulate the pavement structure using the BISAR software for the numerical comparison of the measured strain.Subsequently,the relationship between strain and temperaturechange of asphalt pavement under non load is analyzed,and the mathematical relationship between them is given.Relying on the Ministry of Communications Science and technology construction project,"Xinjiang trunk highway support technology research and application demonstration".The fiber grating sensor measured data and analysis method,the strain characteristics under load and road load and temperature,and gives the regression function,the results for the mechanical behavior of asphalt pavement in Xinjiang,as well as the important significance of establishing the asphalt pavement response prediction model is the basis of.
