Since the industrial revolution,along with the consumption of energy,especially the consumption of fossil fuels,the world economy has been greatly developed.However,at the same time,human beings' enjoying of the progress of science and technology,economic growth and other achievements,which are brought about by the energy consumption,they encountered some problems,such as the depletion of fossil energy,environmental pollution and other inevitable problems.Moreover,the contradiction between the two is more important.Therefore,people begin to think about looking for a clean and efficient energy to solve the problems.And because of biomass energy's outstanding advantages,it has become the best choice.The biomass fuel forming technology is the focus of the development and utilization of biomass energy effectively.But at present,the domestic research in this area started late,so there are still many problems in the study of biomass fuel molding technology and equipment.Entrusted to the actual production of Yunnan Tobacco Machinery Co.Ltd.Ze and based on the ring molding equipment as the research object,the essay analyzes and researches it.Above all can provide a theoretical basis for ring molding equipment wear analysis,structure optimization,energy saving and improvement.According to the composition of biomass raw materials,this paper analyzes the reasons why it can be extruded;at the same time,knows the fuel forming mode of the biomass and the relationship between pressure and density when granulating.And on the basis of the biomass fuel forming mechanism of macro and micro analysis,in the process of forming,the raw material mechanical contacts geometry model.Also it analyzes the influencing factors of biomass briquetting process and product performance.The ring forming device structure and working principle are described,and deduced the formula of the angle and grab thickness of two parameters affecting the granulation process,but also on the basis of the analysis,the equipment productivity is analyzed.Die hole axial extrusion pressure model is established,and the cause of main failure forms of ring die is studied.Meanwhile,from the aspects of material,heat treatment process,the shape of the die hole,the taper of the opening,the ratio of length to diameter,the ratio of the hole and so on,the optimal design of the ring die and the pressure roller is carried out,and the three-dimensional modeling is carried out by using three-dimensional modeling software.On the basis of the constitutive equation of biomass fuel,ANSYS software was used to simulate the forming process of biomass fuel and the temperature field distribution of raw material in the forming zone.Also this paper discussed the flow variation and raw materials in the process of forming displacement and stress strain results.And it compares the different material flow opening under suitable taper to find the die hole material forming an opening taper.Of course it analyses raw materials'internal temperature field distribution under the different temperature load,so as to study and understand the biomass raw material softening and the melting temperature range,in order to grasp the magnitude optimum forming temperature.
