Biomass molding method is usually the crushed wood chips, straw and other biomasswaste densification, these seemingly useless material reprocessing use, so the materialproperties can be improved, turning waste into treasure. This use of biomass energy hasplayed a positive role in promoting. But this technology there are a lot of issues,technology and skilled enough to perfect, the service life of the machine comparisonhighlights the lack of security and other issues, which the molding technology of large-scale development of biomass is unfavorable. Ring mold forming machine is the maincomponent, and its serious impact on the quality of life of biomass briquetting machines.Due to the continuous processing of ring mold material impact, so ring mold life will bevery short. Research conducted biomass briquetting machine ring mold and moldingstructural parameters on the quality of life is very important.Through the process of rolling ring mold and die hole stress analysis, materials andprocesses to roll the die hole after the stress distribution to provide evidence. Meanwhile,the combined knowledge of the principles of elastic-plastic theory and elastic-plasticmechanics, elastic-plastic analysis of the relationship between biomass molding process.Numerical simulation of the rolling process references the geotechnical material extrudedtheory, the use of DP cap cover basic theory model, combined with the characteristics ofroll forming machine, the study was to analyze the characteristics of the material stress inthe process of rolling changes studied mold, roll gap forming this important parametersaffecting the situation. By changing the ring mold and structural parameters foranalysis and comparison of the ring mold life, combined with the failure of the theory to acomprehensive analysis of the life of the molding machine. S-N curve represents thematerial properties through the Fe-safe software Seeger material data estimation method toget. Fe-safe software to use the ring mold fatigue life situation several groups underdifferent parameters analyzed the results of the analysis of good imported ABAQUSsoftware, and then analyze the resulting file is processed using ABAQUS, get differentcloud lifetime and contrast to get Conclusion.Studies have shown that: the die hole cone angle increases, the stress is reduced diehole; mold cavity length increases feed holes punched hole to reduce the stress; die rollgap increases to reduce the material in contact with the ring mold the stress; ring moldmold good holes staggered manner, long life; ring mold in the5:1aspect ratio of thelonger life. Verify the correctness of fatigue analysis methods, while providing technicalsupport for the development of the ring mold, can play a guiding role.
