With the development of economy and society,the electricity consumption of industry and life is increasing continuously.Power generation enterprises bear important responsibilities in ensuring power quality and size.At present and for a long time in the future,thermal power will still be the dominant power generation in china.Over the past ten years,supercritical unit is the main form of the unit development in our country.The supercritical unit has higher power generation efficiency,lower environmental pollution and good economic benefits,meanwhile,the corresponding control strategy is also more complex.In these core control systems of supercritical unit,the water supply system is of vital importance.The quality of water supply has a significant influence on load and main steam temperature.Optimizing the feed water control strategy and applying the new control algorithm,which is one of the hot spots in the control optimization of the supercritical unit in recent years.After analyzing the structure of control system and characteristics of water supply system,selecting reasnable controlled objects,using the dynamic matrix control algorithm,the optimization of water supply control is realized based on intermediate point temperature correction.Dynamic matrix control is a kind of model predictive control method.It has been widely used in petrochemical and other industrial applications in last twenty years with good robustness and dynamic performance.In this paper,by using the simulation platform of a supercritical unit simulation system,the function relation between the water supply object model and the corresponding load is fitted and applied to the dynamic matrix control algorithm.The control program is written in the Matlab environment.Firstly,the running data are obtained from the simulation platform,and then identify the "feed water-intermediate temperature" transfer function model by Matlab toolbox under typical working points.Secondly,the control quality of the dynamic matrix control algorithm is tested in the Matlab simulation environment,and compared with the traditional PID control algorithm.Lastly,a communication program is written to realize the communication between Matlab and PAS-300 M simulation machine.The new control algorithm is applied to the simulation platform to prove that the quality of feed water control is improved.
