Yanliang Wu Tun town water supply pipe network after decades of operation, main disrepair appear aging, Pao Mao Di Lou phenomenon is serious. As Wu Tun town economic development, population expansion and the status quo of pipeline layout is unreasonable, secretly take over uneven phenomenon is serious pipe net pressure, there is pipe explosion hazard. Therefore, in order to ensure Wu Tun town People’s Daily life demand, realize the township standardization, economization of water supply, it is necessary to optimize the Wu Tun town water supply system design, security network reliability of water supply, municipal investment saving.In the existing literature on the basis of the research on water supply pipe network optimization model, in order to optimize the network economy as a water supply pipe network optimization mathematical model. Will pipe a late construction cost and operation maintenance of cost value(that is, network) as indicators of economy. Studied the model of water supply pipe network cost formula, first to collect five regional pipeline comprehensive cost data analysis it is concluded that the basic form of cost formula; After using simulated annealing algorithm to optimize formula parameters calculated the comprehensive cost formula of cast iron pipe of xi ’an; Finally verified by the example analysis of simulated annealing algorithm to optimize the superiority of the feed water pipe cost formula.In algorithm design phase, firstly analyzes the network optimization of hydraulic calculation steps, methods and practical significance, and write the corresponding MATLAB hydraulic calculation subroutine. After the traditional quadratic penalty function method and the standard genetic algorithm made a deeper analysis and research, points out the shortage of traditional secondary penalty function method. Finally, in order to overcome the traditional quadratic penalty function method to select penalty factor difficult defects, the adaptive penalty function method combined with the standard genetic algorithm to design a kind of new method-- adaptive penalty function genetic algorithm(ga), and write the corresponding MATLAB optimization algorithm. New method based on genetic algorithm(ga) is the essence of the evolutionary population proportion of each generation of the feasible solution of the dynamic adjustment of the size of the penalty factor, which ensures that each generation of search space of population diversity, make it more easy to jump out of local optimal solutions converge to the global optimal solution.Adaptive genetic algorithm is adopted to improve the yanliang Wu Tun town water supply pipe network optimal design. EPANET hydraulic simulation software function is introduced, using EPANET hydraulic simulation software of yanliang Wu Tun town water supply pipe network, the traditional penalty function method and the adaptive penalty function method of computer modeling, the model of running in the situation of water supply pipe network and simulate, the simulation results of the two methods of hydraulic condition, construction cost, pipe net node, comparing the hydraulic safety free water first demonstrates the adaptive penalty function method in pipe network optimization design of theoretical significance and practical value.
