| Network planning technique is the method of project management at the end of 1950 s in the United States and developed a large scale project schedule,it is an effective management method of modern management science.Its basic principle is to shorten the construction period,improve efficiency,save labor and reduce cost as the ultimate goal,said the relationship between schedule scheduled tasks and each link through the image process diagram is the network chart,and on the basis of system analysis and calculation to find out the critical path and critical path activity,then use the maneuver time to further improve the construction plan,in order to achieve the optimization of time,resources and cost,so as to make overall planning for the plan.Network planning technology is an effective way to reduce the cost of a short period of time,to complete the project with the highest speed.Compared with the general CPM/PERT and other network,the GPRs network increases the general precedence relation,therefore,it is more universal and more practical.The introduction of the overlapping relation is not only the need of the expression of the special relationship among some processes,but also the need of the preparation and control of the complex system network plan.However,there are some paradox problems in the GPRs network,such as the extension of the duration of a critical path activity,the shortening of the total duration,the shortening of the duration of the critical path activity,and the extension of the total duration.In this paper,we will analyze the paradox of the traditional GPRs network and the problem caused by the paradox,including the total duration and critical path activity duration and total time paradox,and analyze their causes of paradox,find out the root of paradox;A new GPRs network model and its calculation method based on the analysis of paradox,and then redefine the traditional concept,for example activity,node,a new definition of the activity duration,logical relation and descriptive and so on.The concrete example is used to calculate and analyze the GPRs network with minimum constraint,summed up the calculation procedure and specific calculation method,to verify the correctness of lap network and its calculation method through the conversion of double code network.And summarizes the characteristics of the new GPRs network.This paper puts forward a new model of GPRs network.The graph representation method and basic concept of GPRs network are systematically discussed.On this basis,some new concepts such as critical nodes and reasonable duration of activity are proposed.The new GPRs network model not only solves the paradox problem,but also is more intuitive for the identification of critical path and critical path activity,which provides convenience for the further optimization of time limit. |
