All the time,problems such as tedious line loss statistic,non-synchronous power supply and sale,low line loss analysis informatization level,serious data lag,ring network power supply of distributing line have restricted the development of marketing line loss work.Starting from the practice of power utilization collection construction of a Jiangxi company,the paper improves marketing line loss work mechanism based on power utilization information collection around the professional constructed index system such as marketing line loss,power utilization collection,connection of operation,distribution and transfer,copy and review,etc.Through teasing the existed main problems in marketing line management,the paper erects marketing zone area(line)line loss management system integrated by various platform data based on SG186 marketing business system,power utilization information collection system,Grid GIS,etc.Specific to non-synchronous power supply and sale of line loss calculation and line loss data lag,the paper realizes synchronous copy of power supply and sale through integration of power collection system.It shortens statistic period and issues line loss data accurately and timely.Specific to problems that power supply and sale cannot distinguish newly added user,user change and distributed power access under the running of 10 k V public circuit looped network,the paper,through integration SG186 marketing business application system and Grid GIS system,ensures the real-time change of line loss computational model,which solves the incomputable problem of line loss caused by non-correspondence of “station-line-substation-cabinet-user” in complicated and various running environment.At last,the paper,through pilot application in Ji'an Company,expounds the excellent effect of marketing line loss management collected based on power utilization information in marketing business management,basic data governance,loss reduction and efficiency increasing and thus verifies the research value of the subject.
