With the shortage of energy and the deterioration of environment,the drawbacks of the traditional centralized power generation model are gradually revealed,which makes the clean and flexible DG(distributed generation)advance rapidly.As the access object of DG,distribution network is an important part of power system.China is accelerating the construction of distribution network,and its safe and stable economic operation is affected greatly by the access of DG.In view of this,the research is pursued in the distribution network expansion planning with DG.On the basis of existing research,the output probability models of typical DG including wind power generation,photovoltaic,and gas turbine are analyzed,the impact of DG on the planning and operation of distribution network is summarized,and the positive significance of the rational allocation of the DG is pointed out by the influence of DG on the voltage and active power loss which is simulated in MATLAB.Then,from the angle of coordinating the distribution network and DG,the bi-level programming theory is introduced,and multi scenario method based on K-means clustering cutting the original scenario.From an economic point of view,with the object of optimal comprehensive construction and operation costs considering environmental costs and policy subsidies,the bi-level programming model of distribution network expansion planning with DG is proposed considering various constraints including reliability.The upper level planning is a grid planning,the lower level planning is a DG optimization configuration,and the upper and lower planning affect each other to achieve the coordinated planning of the grid and DG.The model is solved by the harmony search algorithm fusing PSO and the specific solution process is proposed.Finally,using a practical distribution network as example,the planning scheme is obtained by using the model and solution,and it is compared with the single level programming results.The validity is proved by the casing study.On the basis of this,the sensitivity analysis of the unit price of the policy subsidies is carried out.
