As the distributed generation keeps developing and the methods of generating electricity,like photovoltaic power generation and wind power generation,continue to increase,the future power system will be more and more complicated,and the power distribution network is confronting great risks and challenges.In order to make the future power system can be operated safely,steadily and economically,this paper studies an adaptive harmony search algorithm for long-term network reconfiguration,considering distributed generation,with the aim of improving the voltage pass rate of the distribution network and the utilization of power distribution equipment,and decreasing the loss of power distribution network.Based on the features of grid-connected operation of distributed generation,the study designs distributed predicative control algorithm,achieves the coordinated control of distributed power grid operation,and eliminates the problem of system power fluctuation during the course of distributed power grid operation.What's more,this method can be used to maintain the steady operation of DG,especially when the distributed generation and the power distribution network are disconnected.After the reconnection of DG,it has less impact on the power distribution network,thus making the power distribution network operated stably and reliably.Furthermore,combined with the advantages and disadvantages of the current methods of distribution network reconstruction,and based on positive feedback harmony search algorithm,this paper brings in long-term network reconfiguration,ultimately,perfecting the intelligent distribution network management system.Main contents are as follows:1.The study mainly introduces the background and significance of the research,and concludes the present situation of reactive power optimization in distribution network and study on distribution network reconstruction as well.2.The research mainly studies DG parallel operation power fluctuation based on distributed predicative control algorithm.Based on the features of grid-connected operation of distributed generation,the study designs distributed predicative control algorithm,achieves the coordinated control of distributed power grid operation,and eliminates the problem of system power fluctuation during the course of distributed power grid operation,thus making the power distribution network operated stably and reliably.Through simulation we can safely draw a conclusion that when the distributed generation and the power distribution network are disconnected,this method can be used to maintain the steady operation of DG.After the reconnection of DG,it has less impact on the power distribution network.3.The study mainly puts forward an adaptive harmony search algorithm for long-term network reconfiguration.On account of the previous harmonic algorithms not fully considering distributed generation,the study puts forward an adaptive harmony search algorithm for long-term network reconfiguration,considering distributed generation,focusing on the momentary network reconfiguration.By means of the simulation verification through IEEE 33 system,comparing the loss between traditional harmony algorithm and the algorithm in this paper through IEEE 33 system,it's testified that the adaptive harmony search algorithm for long-term network reconfiguration,considering distributed generation,is more powerful in reducing network loss of distribution network and is playing a crucial role in improving the security and economic operation capacity of the actual power grid.4.The study mainly perfects the intelligent distribution network management system.Based on the adaptive harmony search algorithm for long-term network reconfiguration considering distributed generation,this chapter comes up with distributed power load forecasting module and long time distribution network reconstruction module,realizing load forecasting targeting at distributed generation,considering power fluctuation when distributed generation is accessible to the power grid,which make the future power system have easy access to more new energy generating sets,to make sure the future power system is operated safely,steadily.Use the adaptive harmony search algorithm for long-term network reconfiguration,and optimize and restructure the power grid.Design and reconstruction previously,according to the load forecasting of distributed generation.Reconstruct long time distribution network on the basis of real-time load condition,in order to decrease the loss of network and ensure the power grid can be operated safely and economically.
