The site has the following problems of vibration fault diagnosis of steam turbine process: 1 different fault showed similar features,which increase staff difficulty.2.Because of the structural diversity and operating conditions’ complexity,different diagnostic techniques methods will sometimes has conflict,which lead to deviation or error diagnosis method,and can’t meet the long-term safe and stable operation demand 3.fault identification and processing process only tend to choose one or two channels of information,which can’t fully use each rotor section of vibration information,and often resulting in processing results deviation.Therefore,improving the accuracy of fault diagnosis is particularly important.In this paper,the application of information fusion technology in the field of fault diagnosis based on information fusion theory is analyzed and tested.combined with multi span rotor and multi section vibration information to recognise and process the fault.The main research work is as follows:According to the theory of information fusion technology,using experimental to prove the method of identifying the imbalance fault size and direction.Combined with information fusion theory formula and similar the fault mechanism,using MATLAB to write three-dimensional multi sections information fusion model,sampling similar fault vibration data,and analyze the differences in similarity fault information fusion.established the mechanics model,combined with the harmonic component method to deduce the rotor unbalance axial fault position,using experimental platform to test the correctness of the theory;further measured vibration data of rotor multi section,according to the amplitude and phase relationship of the cross section to make the rotor space vibration map.In the rotor of a part to join the imbalance fault,analysis the relationship between the imbalance fault location and the location of the measuring point.According to the identification method of fault information fusion technology,using in the actual processing,according to the vibration data input to the 3D information fusion model established by MATLAB,the use of information fusion technology to solve the problem of the actual vibration conditions.According to the present condition of the complexity to adjust the information fusion technology in the scene.The research shows that the information fusion technology can identify similar faults,and the reliability is high.It is an effective method for rotor vibration fault diagnosis.
