Wind energy is a clean renewable energy,it is attached much importance by the governments because of its low carbon and environment friendly.T he stochastic volatility of wind power has brought new challenges to the dynamic economic dispatch of power systems with the rapid growth of wind power installed capacity in recent years.Accurate assessment of wind power capability is of great significance for the secure and stable operation of power system and the development of wind power enterprises.Simulation of wind power time series is the premise of studying power system with wind farm.This paper proposed a method to simulate wind power time series based on fluctuation characteristics.This method filters the historical wind power time series with wavelet at first,obtains relatively smooth wind power curve which constituted with different waves and analyses the distribution of wavelet filter error of different wave categories.The waves are divided into several categories according to wave peak and fit through Gauss function.Multidimensional distribution of Gauss fitting function parameters of different wave categories and one-dimensional distribution of wave peak interval are counted,and Markov transition probability matrix is used to describe the transfer probability of different wave categories.According to statistics result,wave categories and statistics parameters are sampled sequentially to simulate wind power time series.Through the comparison of evaluation index of historical and simulated wind power time series,this method is verified.Wind power integration helps to reduce power generation cost and achieve energy saving and emission reduction.However,large-scale wind power integrated into the power system may deteriorate the system peak load,causing the system non-economic operation.The wind power integration capacity has an important influence on the system operation.In order to fully understand the impact of wind power system on power generation cost and environmental benefit,the optimum model of best wind power integration capacity is established.The model considers thermal power generation units coal consumption under different power of different capacity and encourages them to join peak-regulation by compensation.The model introduces emission cost to reflect the environmental benefits of wind power and add wind power curtailment penalty cost to ensure wind power priority scheduling.This paper adopted particle swarm optimization algorithm combined with active explore technology to solve th e model,which effectively make up the shortcomings of PSO that is easy to fall into the local optimum..Finally,the model is verified through calculating the wind power integration capacity at the most economic operation mode of a real power system in a certain area.
