With the awareness of environmental protection increasing, the power industry isrequired clean development, meanwhile, power generation plan should also consider thelarge-scale wind farm accessing. Large-scale wind power has become a trend,in order to makewind power resources in the power system can be fully rationl use and safe protection.Soconsiderations for environment scheduling with wind farms will be significance benefit.In this paper, basing on the traditional power generation scheduling, considering theimpact of wind farms to bring back into the grid, nitrogen oxides and carbon dioxideemissions as a consideration for the environmental benefits, the cost of wind powerconstruction and maintenance costs as well as wind power fluctuations spinning reserve costof the system need to be included in the cost of power generation in order to minimize thecost of power generation system, the objective of minimizing pollutant emissions powergeneration scheduling model to establish a multi-objective and corresponding to the actualwind farm grid established constraints on the transformation model to improve decision-making style, because the economic dispatch problem with wind farms is a high-dimensional,nonlinear, mixed multi-constrained optimization problem, so the model established byimproved decision-making transformation after transformation using improved particle swarmalgorithm.In a low-carbon economy requirements and the market for carbon emissions under therelevant provisions of article two models are created, namely the traditional model with windfarms and wind farms containing thermal power systems for carbon capture retrofit model tocompare, through an example, and for the discharge of pollutants to quantify the cost ofcarbon capture plant obtained feasible to control costs and optimize each power output andenvironmental protection.
