With the improvement of the performance requirements of large-scale supercritical units,the control precision of the superheated steam temperature control system has also increased,and has become the main research topic and direction of today's research scholars.Active Disturbance Rejection Control(ADRC)has been studied as a new type of controller due to its strong robustness and anti-interference performance.It can overcome the limitations of traditional PID control and has a good control effect.Therefore,this paper applies the anti-interference controller to the superheated steam temperature control system of the supercritical unit to meet the long-term safe and stable operation of the superheated steam temperature.Since the parameters of the auto disturbance rejection controller are many and no specific effective method has been found for the tuning of its parameters,this paper studies the large number of artificial intelligence algorithms and decides to use the seeker optimization algorithm which is easy to find the global optimal value.The main parameters of the controller are optimized and set.In this paper,the data of superheated steam temperature is collected for #1 unit of Shenneng Baoding Northwest Suburb Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,and the model of the object is identified by the rapidity of particle swarm.Then the auto disturbance rejection controller is used in the superheated steam temperature control system.The test function verifies that the seeker optimization algorithm is better than the particle swarm and genetic algorithm in seeking the global optimal solution,and uses it for the optimization of the parameters of the auto disturbance rejection controller.Finally,through the empirical formula and the seeker optimization algorithm,the PID controller and the seeker optimization algorithm are used to adjust the step disturbance performance index of the ADRC controller,the seeker optimization algorithm is set by the PI controller and the crowd search algorithm is set to the ADRC controller.Compared with the model transformation experiment,it is verified that the algorithm-optimized auto-disturbance suppression controller can control the superheated steam temperature control system well.It also proves that the auto-disturbance control has certain research value and application prospects in large-scale supercritical units.
