In water treatment,Flocculation is one of the most important processes,which affects the processing efficiency of the subsequent processes.The hydraulic conditions of flocculation tank is directly affected the stand or fall of the flocculation.Optimizing the hydraulic conditions of the flocculation tank not only can improves the effect of flocculation process,but also can reduces dosing amount of coagulant,and more conducive to the quality of the output water.The mock object of this paper is one Perforation Vortex Flocculation tank of the project entity.Establishing the flocculation tank model and dividing grid and simulating to explore regular pattern how the grid plate height,the upper water hole and the insert of grid board influence the perforation vortex flocculation tank's hydraulic conditions.Use turbulence kinetic energy k,epsilon turbulent kinetic energy dissipation rate ?,vortex velocity gradient G0 as evaluation index,analysis and research the best hydraulic conditions of perforation vortex flocculation tank and then optimize the design parameter of perforated vortex flocculation tank.The result of the numerical simulation of the Perforation Vortex Flocculation tank shows that: Perforation vortex flocculation tank's sludge bucket height will affect flocculation treatment effect.In guarantee other structure of the Perforation Vortex Flocculation tank under the same size,the optimal sludge bucket height of the Perforation Vortex Flocculation tank increase with the increase of the tank scale.And the variation tendency of the optimal sludge bucket height of the Perforation Vortex Flocculation tank from the numerical simulation is different.In Perforation vortex flocculation tank,set the upper water holes lower 10 cm than the highest water level and now the flocculation effect is best.To insert the grid plate in the Perforation Vortex Flocculation tank,the turbulent kinetic energy and turbulent dissipation rate of the perforated vortex grid flocculation tank will be larger.The conclusion obtained by this thesis has certain practical guiding significance and reference value for engineering for the design of the Perforation Vortex Flocculation tank.
