With the economic and social development, the railway as an important means of transport has been growing rapidly, high-speed railway mileage has more than 22,000 km. With the increase of railway speed, the noise of railway noise has increased sharply, and the noise problem of high-speed railway has been paid more and more attention. How to reduce the influence of railway environmental noise on sensitive points and protect the environment has always been one of the important subjects worthy of our study. The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1) Through the monitoring of existing railway noise: 1)Analysis of railway source noise; 2)To study the railway boundary noise; 3)To study the railway noise with the distance attenuation law; 4) On different floors of the railway noise and indoor noise to test; 5) To study the railway noise and indoor noise; 6) To control the noise distribution of the railway at different altitudes; 7)To analyze the standard distance of various acoustic environmental functional areas; 8) Analyze the frequency components of the railway noise and analyze the noise spectrum characteristics of different distances from the railway, different models and different basic types; 9) Select the noise under the different line (ground section, bridge section) to carry on the noise comparison analysis.(2)The test analysis gives the following conclusions: 1) The average acoustic level of the CRH EMU is 7 ~11dB (A) lower than that of the HXD series passenger train, and the intensity of the radiated noise source increases with the running speed of the train. The coefficient range from 9.6 to 13.4,the intensity of the radiated noise source increases with the increase of the running speed of the train, and the radiation intensity of the CRH type EMU is lower than that of the HXD series passenger train. The coefficient ranges from 9.2 to 18.2.2)which is in accordance with the "Railway Boundary Noise Limits and Their Measurement Scheme" (GB 12525-90 and 2008), and the equivalent of the continuous A sound level is less than 70 dB (A) Year to modify the program) the relevant requirements, compliance rate of 100%.3) Noise monitoring of floors 2,3, 5, 7, 10 and 12 of Q-site of BaLiHu New District, Chang nine lines found that the implementation of the "Acoustic Environmental Quality Standard" (GB 3096-2008) The sound environment functional area is 10dB (A) lower than the standard (daytime 60dB (A), 50dB (A)at night) as the basis of evaluation.
