Under the sea environment, the reinforced concrete structure is easy to be corroded by chloride ion, which leads to premature damage of the structure.Under the double action of earthquake load and corrosion, the durability and safety of steel bar and concrete bridge pier are seriously damaged. The application of fiber in concrete to improve the service life of components in seawater corrosion environment has become a hot research topic. In this paper, high strength, high elastic modulus, good hydrophilic properties of PVA fiber and steel fiber are mixed, and the seismic performance of PVA-steel hybrid fiber reinforced concrete(PSFRC)bridge piers under seawater corrosion is studied The main work is as follows:(1)firstly,the working performance, cubic compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of PSFRC were studied. The effects of PVA-steel hybrid fibers on the mechanical properties of concrete were studied, and based on the compression and tensile properties of PSFRC,this paper analyzes the possible influence of PVA-steel hybrid fiber on the bridge pier under the marine environment.(2)secondly,the flexural toughness test of PSFRC beam is carried out.The effect of PVA-steel hybrid fiber on the flexural toughness of concrete under seawater corrosion was studied. In the aspect of toughness and ductility of PVA-steel hybrid fibers to analyze the influence of PVA-steel hybrid fiber on the bearing capacity, deformation and energy dissipation capacity of the bridge pier under marine environment.(3)finally,based on the mechanical test, through the finite element software ABAQUS,the PSFRC related aspects of pier column under cyclic loading hysteretic behavior, stiffness degradation, skeleton curve and energy dissipation capacity were analyzed. And the effect of PVA-steel hybrid fiber on the seismic performance of concrete bridge piers under seawater corrosion is discussed. This paper provides a reliable basis for the use of PVA-steel hybrid fiber in the bridge pier under the marine environment.
