In recent years, along with the continuous development of domestic civil engineering, the number of pit engineering is increasing. The reason why soil's parameters(moisture content, density, etc.)and the stress and strain characteristics will change is that the construction of the foundation pit will inevitably disturb the solum. This paper studies the soil disturbance during the construction of foundation pit by analying the influencing factors of soils disturbance during the construction of foundation pit which including stress state, density and moisture content. This is conducive to the design of foundation pit engineering. And it has a very important practical significance and theoretical value. In this paper, the conventional soil test of soil samples is carried out to determine the basic properties of soils.Under the condition of different moisture content, the unconfined compression test is carried out.The structural strength of natural soils is higher than remodeling soil under the condition of same moisture content. At the same time, the structural strength of soil samples is weakened whether the moisture content is increased or decreased. In addition,if the moisture content of soil samples is higher than the natural moisture content, the stress-strain curve has no obvious peak, and formed stable structure. When the soil moisture content is lower than the natural moisture content, the stress-strain curve appears obvious peak point, the peak point is the point of soil fracture. Finally, the Geostudio software was used to analyze the foundation pit,and SLOPE/W software was used to analyze the stability. At the same time, the stability analysis was carried out for different working conditions.
