Our country is in the transition period from controlling flood to flood management.It is an inevitable trend to adopt engineering measures and non engineering measures to deal with flood disaster.Establishing a numerical of water dynamics to simulate the flood evolution process and obtaining the risk factors,such as the water depth,the arrival time and the flood flow velocity has become an important part of the flood control and mitigation measures in our country.Based on the construction of flood risk map in China,this paper is mainly in the following areas:(1)According to the Huaihe River Basin flood characteristics,large volume,high peak,long and often encounter waterlogging.In the periphery of high water backwater conditions,rainstorm waterlogging could not be discharged,this paper propose a multi source flood hydrodynamic coupling simulation theory and establish a two dimensional flood coupling model.(2)The one and two dimensional coupled model is optimized by using a variety of methods to establish the flood protection zone.Mainly include: the model stability and efficiency are improved by using the wet and dry water depth theory;the roughness of the surface is calculated by using the romte sensing technology;the influence of the real terrain method is used to solve the water flow;considering breaches of the form and the triage theory and dam break model is determined according to the principle of maximum risk;reasonablly and generalized handle with the function of roads and culverts to water,which may guid or resist water in the area;based on the measured cross section,the DEM date and the supplementary measurement results are used to restore the real river terrain.(3)This paper researched the flood risk analysis method,the model validation method,the flood impact assessment,the avoidance of flood and flood risk mapping techniques.The results provide theoretical support for flood risk analysis and flood risk mapping.(4)According to the demand of flood risk analysis in Cinanfeizuo area,a Huaihe River mainstream and reserve coupled model is established.It simulated the flood risk of dam break and storm.What's more,it also compared the inpact damage caused by the flood.Aimed at the disadvantages of risk analysis of single source flood,this paper established a mathematical model of coupling of dam break and storm flood based on the basic control equation of one and two dimensional non constant flow and the finite volume method is used to solve the grid.In the coupling model,this paper chose weir flow formula to achieve real-time interaction of the channl and reserve water,using the historical measured date to test model's reliability.The validated model was applied to Cinanfeizuo zone to analysis the multi-source flood coupled simulation.It analysis the loss results of single and multi-source flood.This research results provides technical support to multi-source flood analysis,loss assessment and transfer in flood control protected area and similar region.
