The Development Of RCC Construction Real-time Monitoring Module Based On Unity3D

In the process of construction,the quality of roller compacted concrete directly determines the factor of safety of the dam.In the traditional construction,drilling coring detection method was used to detect the whether the quality of dam's roller compacted concrete meets the design standards or not,but it should be done after construction.However,real time monitoring system of roller compacted concrete could effectively monitor the quality of the dam in the construction process.Combining with the actual needs,the game engine of Unity3 D is applying in this monitoring system,in order to present the real time process of roller compacted concrete.Base on the module of data monitoring system in Unity3 D engine,there are three sections: data collection,data analysis,and data monitoring.Data collection refers to collect the real-time work status of the rolling machine's transmission on the dam.Data analysis refers to analyze the collected data of rolling machine.Data monitoring refers to sound alert to the abnormal part of the collected data.The system module has been used in the construction of one dam in the Dadu River RCC construction which can meets the Party A's monitoring function requirements,complete recorded the dam's rolling data,real-time monitor the RCC's data,provides the strong technical support to ensure the dam construction completed successfully.
