Tailor-Welded Blanks(TWBs)is a new composite sheet of two or more sheets with different thickness,different meterails poperties,or different surfaces with coatings by the way with laser welding.It can fully meet the differe nt parts of the sheet with different performance requirements.Because of Tailored Blanks has the adventage of the welding highly speed,the weld is narrow,the effect is slight to the base sheets,to reduce vehicle weight,reduce production costs,etc.,I t has been widely used in the automotive white body.With the requirement of safer in automobile driving,energy conservation and environmental protection regulations becames more and more strict on automotive requirements,therefore,lightweight vehicles have become an important way to reduce fuel consumption and improve vehicle safety performance,laser welding technology has been more and more attention on lightweight of automobile.However,due to weld tailored blanks have a greater impact on the performa nce of the base material,include step of different material thickness,the performance change of the weld material,and therefore the drawing process often cracking,wrinkling,springback large variety of phenomena between weld with weld around the plate,the study on the tailored blanks of material change and stamping performance has become a very important significance.In this paper,to a typically and commonly used laser welding sheet,by using cupping test to analysis the base metal,the weld moving of to change the height of IE's punch and the strength of the weld.It can consider that the thickness direction of the weld to offset the more,the smaller the amount of movement of the weld;welds and the strength of the heat-affected zone is always greater than the base material strength.By using of Autoform soft numerical simulation technology,to analysis box-shaped parts in single drawing stamping simulation,ignore the strength of the weld and heat affected zone change,seen as rigid,finite element thus established is relatively simple and can accurately simulate the actual stamping and plastic process of change during exercise,which can found that weld always towards to the top of the sheet thickness direction of the sheet,and in the side wall of the gradual transition towards the thin side material direction,and the maximum in the outermost of stamping part.By adjusting the ratio of slab material,setting drawbeads different intensity,different thickness design tailored blanks method can effectively control the weld offset.By a car door inner panel of tailor welding,the performance simulation study stamping,drawn defects in the parts stamping process prone,and by setting drawbeads in reasonable position and strength,so that the stamping press forming performance can improved,and compared part by moving the actual movement of the weld seam and simulation to verify the movement law of the weld.
