As the heart of aircrafts,aeroengine are an important embodiment of national technology,industry and defense capacities.Aeroengine development is a complicated and systematic project involving many subjects such as aerodynamics,heat and mass transfer,structural strength as well as testing and measuring techniques.Thermometry is a main testing and measuring content in the research and development of aeroengine.Hereinto,the pyrometry and rotational components thermometry of aeroengine are the major difficulties of thermometry.Some information mentioned that a new-type Si C crystal thermometry technology that studied in abroad can solve these problems.Due to it involves in the military technology blockade that our country has not mastered yet,we carried out thermometry technology research based on SiC crystal material.1.The new-type thermometry technology of SiC crystal is based on the regular revertible principle of SiC crystal defect that caused by neutron irradiation during annealing process.The thermometry method we researched is different from conventional method,which is a non-intrusive measuring method and can solve the difficulty of the pyrometry and rotational components thermometry of aeroengine.2.Research on the selection method of thermometry-used Si C crystal material;it proposed that use 6H-SiC as the material of thermometry crystal and realize the localization of thermometry crystal material.Adulterate 6H-SiC crystal when growing to improve original defects can improve defect concentration when SiC crystal is in neutron irradiation,raise the thermometry scope of Si C crystal thermometry to 1600?,which is higher than the 1400? in abroad.3.Use the neutron source in fission type reactor to realize the neutron irradiation of 6H-SiC crystal.The radiation damage of 6H-SiC crystal generated plenty of crystal defects and the plentiful production of crystal defect have been verified through these four test methods of material analysis.4.Research on the temperature analysis method of Si C crystal thermometry;By comparison of four material analysis methods,it raised temperature analysis XRD method of SiC thermometry crystal.Through annealing experiment and analysis test to acquire the regularity relationship between interplanar spacing d as well as full width at half maximum FWHM of Si C thermometry crystal and crystal annealing temperature.Hereinto,the thermometry range of FWHM parameter representation is 600~1600?,which is more available for the pyrometry of aeroengine with higher accuracy.It proposed the method of temperature correction calibration of 6H-SiC thermometry crystal;through temperature correction calibration,it established the temperature calibration curve of SiC crystal thermometry,which is used for the temperature analysis standard of 6H-SiC thermometry crystal.5.During the testing experiment of turbine blade's wall temperature in a aeroengine,the engineering practicability of SiC thermometry crystal in aeroengine thermometry has been verified by crystal thermometry application test.The new-type SiC crystal thermometry technology is a non-intrusive measuring method with characteristics of small size,tiny weight and no lead.Our research achievements broke through overseas blockade of crystal thermometry technology and rose the testing temperature up to 1600?,which provided an advanced thermometry method for our country's research and development of aeroengine.
