In many fields of industrial production and scientific research require measurement of temperature. The traditional method of temperature measurement is the use of thermal resistance or thermocouple. Although this method is simple, reliable and high accuracy, it requires the temperature probe to contact directly with the measured object for heat transfer, we can only measure the temperature after thermal equilibrium, and this method is only limited to the low-temperature measurements, it can not apply for higher temperature measurements. Sometimes we need to measure the temperature of the liquid, these temperature probes belong to consumables and used for only once, so the cost is very high. In addition we also need to measure the temperature of moving objects, the movement forms of these objects may be various, such as rotary motion, simple harmonic motion, swing, etc. so we must use a non-contact temperature measurement in this situation. Radiation thermometry is the method. The advantage is that this method can measure the temperature of moving objects without damaging the temperature field of the measured object. The range of wavelength which used commonly in temperature measurement is 0.4-40μm, it belongs to infrared/visible wave band. This project will develop a radiation temperature measurement system based on infrared/visible technology, which can used to detect the temperature of moving objects.First, in this article we study the principle of radiation thermometry in depth, and then combined with practical application we bring up the concept of temperature measurement with amplitude comparison which based on the colorimetric temperature measurement. Then select the device and design the hardware circuit according to the design specifications. Design the temperature calibration experiments after passed the debugging to obtain the discrete voltage and temperature (V-T) data. Then we use the data to fit curve, we choose the exponential model after comparing several models to fit curve and calculate the V-T function, the inverse function of this function is T-V function. Just when the actual temperature measured voltage values can be substituted into the T-V function is to calculate the corresponding temperature. As both of the circuit and the optical in the whole temperature measurement system will introduce the noise, finally we establish an error compensation model to correct the value of the temperature and improve the accuracy of temperature measurement. Finally, the radiation temperature measuring system is given the parameters of the test by experiment. Results show that discussed in this topic Based on infrared/visible radiation temperature measuring system technology with high temperature accuracy and response speed meet the requirements of practical applications.
