| Substation operating personnel daily work of the most important one is the device inspections,it is also the condition maintenance access to equipment data means.Quality is the safety patrol production targets of the important factors,but also the production site directly reflects the level of safety management.Conventional equipment inspections in accordance with a fixed period,fixed-line conduct,period and fixed line as compared with the other patrol most obvious difference;This method does not consider the inspection status of the device is suitable for less demanding for reliability and failure with apparent regularity of the device.In recent years,China is in a period of rapid economic growth,social demands for electrical energy are increasingly high,compared to the power supply enterprise human resources there are on the decrease.If inspections based upon the traditional model,in particular in accordance with the traditional experience to work to develop equipment inspection route,not only can not timely grasp of the operational status of the device potential,and will inevitably lead to a waste of human and material resources to the safe operation of the grid potential problems.Therefore,we must carry out a scientific system of inspection path planning,and status of the periodic inspection visits combined together to achieve high quality and high efficiency inspection purposes.At present,the domestic researchers from different angles on substation equipment inspection done a lot of research topics,most of which research is concerned that inspection cycle,and formulation studies on tours deep enough.This paper analyzes the current status of the substation inspection work to summarize the existing gaps and shortcomings outlined substation inspection technology and path planning technology research status,proposed to use path planning methods to solve the problem how to develop tour routes,and paths programming algorithm is summarized and analyzed,comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various algorithms.This article is based on an undirected graph postman problem of traditional substation patrol route planning problem,and also from the point of view of mathematical programming problems postman delivery route optimization studies,the establishment of the corresponding explicit integer programming model.Finally,the author works substation as an example,the parity point Practices Act were applied and Edmonds-Johnson method of how to develop tour.Examples were also found in the verification method to calculate the parity point operations complex defects found will be paired odd degree nodes eleven point to solve the parity operation method can be omitted complex validation process.Finally,the analysis and comparison show that using path planning method developed substation tour,you can save time and labor costs,the effect is significant. |
