YHGQ-1200 gas pressure welding vehicle is the world's only modern rail welding equipment with the function of rail stress welding,integrated operation of welding and normalizing.This vehicle has been widely used in the railway engineering system in recent years in our country.Due to different conditions of construction,equipment configuration and personnel organization of the railway bureaus,there are different kinds of construction organizations and modes.In order to ensure the quality of rail welding,improve the working efficiency,and meet the need of high quality,efficient and safety construction,it is of great significance to study the construction method and standardized construction mode of gas pressure welding vehicle.This paper studies the construction organization model of gas pressure welding vehicle in the new line construction project,existing line switching project and serious damaged line welding repairing project.Through in-depth field investigation,this paper records and collects the actual rail welding construction organization,process control,safe operation and other information,and clips completed rail welding construction video.Moreover,through a systematic research on the construction mode of the field rail welding in the various rail bureau,this paper summarizes the construction vehicle marshalling,personnel and equipment configuration,construction process,construction procedure time control table,and so on,to investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of the typical construction mode.Besides,by looking for the construction difficulties,this paper compares and analyzes the construction methods of online locking welding and welding repairing(including subsection locking method and integral locking method,dialing bend method and directly stretching method,track pad method and supporting leg method),and provides the comprehensive selection program of the various construction condition and method to help the formulation and optimization of the construction plan of the railway bureaus.The results show that the gas pressure welding vehicle can adapt to the various working conditions of the field rail welding in china.Among them,it can complete the rail welding tasks of 4 to 5 sets of joints every day in the new line construction using the connection method,2 to 3 sets of joints within 3 hours in the under line unit welding,2 joints within 3 hours in the online locking welding,and 2 or 4 joints within 3.5 hours in the single or double strand welding repairing.Thus,a set of field construction mode of the gas pressure welding vehicle,which is standardized,efficient,scientific,and meeting the construction conditions of the various railway bureaus,is summed up in this paper.In addition,to solve the problem that the remote acquisition for field rail welding parameters is still a blank,and that it is difficult to obtain the field data in time in the complicated field of rail welding,this paper completes the hardware and software installation program design,functional testing and application testing of the remote acquisition system for field rail welding parameters,based on the hardware and software system design,realizes the remote acquisition and analysis of rail welding parameters,and provides a reference for the upgrade application of the system.
