With the continuous development of Chinese economy and society,urbanization is getting higher and higher,and the city's traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious.More and more cities began to develop modern trams in order to alleviate traffic pressure.The modern tram is generally used trough type rail which is easy to precipitate dirt,and it is a serious threat to the safety of vehicle driving.Therefore,the clean of trough type rail is very important for the safe operation of modern tram.The traditional cleaning method is used manpower which is very difficult,and it can't meet the requirements of the trough type rail cleaning of modern tram.This paper designs a cleaning vehicle to clean trough type rail,combining sweeping and sucking method.It not only can clean the trough type rail,but also clean the pavement,while using vacuum technology to recycle garbage and using water washing technology for the final cleaning.The key technologies of the grooved rail cleaning vehicle are studied in this paper.The working parameters of the cleaning device and the dust collector are determined.Main work is detailed below.1.According to the needs of modern tram rail cleaning,this paper put forward a cleaning structure for trough type rail and design the parts and overall scheme.This paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of four kinds of brush,roller brush and suction arrangement and the layout of four disc brush,single suction were determined finally.Compared with the pure sweep type,pure suction and sweeping combined with sucking,which are three kinds of trough type rail cleaning schemes,this paper settled scheme of the sweeping combined with sucking which is more suitable for the cleaning of trough type rail.2.According to the special structure of trough type rail,a rail groove cleaning device is designed,and the sizes of parts are determined.The kinematics simulation of dirt loosening mechanism was carried out using ADAMS which is a virtual prototype software.The optimum torsion spring stiffness and the corresponding torque are settled,which is designed to meet the requirements of the torsion spring and provides the basis for the motion.This article designed a guide wheel to improve the ability to pass the curve of the cleaning car.3.This article built three-dimensional model of the whole device and established the mathematical model of road cleaning speed and minimum speed of the rolling brush.Using the method of virtual prototype.This article adjust the speed of rolling brush and cleaning the car based on the mathematical model and the simulation experiment was carried out to research the effect of rolling brush cleaning.Finally the working range of the rolling speed of the roller brush and the cleaning vehicle is determined,and the influence of the brush beam density on the cleaning effect is analyzed,and the reasonable brushing beam density is settled.4.This paper designed a new type of suction port and optimized it.Based on the analysis of the velocity distribution of the flow field in the slot of the track sweeper,three main influencing factors are determined which are the front plate length W1,the rear plate length W2 and the roof height W3.DPM model was used to simulate the movement state of pollutant particles in gas-solid two-phase flow,and the effect of different factors on the vacuum effect was obtained.Then,DOE and CFD were used to study the effects of three factors on the dirt sucking.
