With the rapid development of the city, infrastructure construction has become an indispensable part of urban construction.Because of the complex hydrogeological conditions of the city, surrounding buildings densely and the deep excavation of the foundation pit, many kinds of composite supporting structures have been applied to the deep foundation pit.It is based on the commercial finance projects in Xiaguangli of Beijing chaoyang district.Firstly, the field monitoring data is summarized, including the pit wall subsidence monitoring, horizontal displacement monitoring of retaining structure and internal force monitoring, find out the basic law that the foundation pit deformation of soil and retaining structure, preliminary summarizes the spatial effect of the deformation of foundation pit. Then used the FLAC3 D simulation software is used to simulate the actual working conditions of the project, picked up the data of model monitoring points and then compared with the measured data.It turn out to be that the calculation model is verified. Finally, based on the reasonable model,I further discusses the influence of space effect on deep foundation pit engineering, including analysis of deformation and internal forceon supporting after digging and digging after supporting, slotted and not-slotted in thesoil excavation, the arrangement of support position. The final results show that the deformation of the foundation pit has obvious spatial effect, and is closely related to the shape and size of the foundation pit.The reasonable use of space effect to control the deformation of foundation pit can not only improve the stability of the whole structure but also reduce the construction cost, which is the key problem in the construction of deep foundation pit.
