With the development of industrial society and the aggravation of environmental pollution,the development of a new intelligent and efficient dust removal vehicle air cleaner has become the most important problem to be solved in the present age.The market also appeared in more and more different types of air purifier,the scope of application are not the same.This design is to solve the pollutants in the car,unlike the indoor purification is that the source of pollution to be purified mainly from the car inside the flue gas,combustible gases,toxic gases and vehicle exhaust brought about by dust particles.Based on the above characteristics,the design of a Bluetooth-based electrostatic car air purifier was finished.The design is to HEPA filter-based filtering technology combined with electrostatic dust removal technology-based filtration technology combined with ultraviolet light sterilization three-effect one to address the car in the air of dust particles and toxic gases and combustible gases Problem,in addition,this design can be used with the Bluetooth keypad and the way the general control of vehicle-mounted air purifier.The focus of the study is the control part of the air purifier and electrostatic dust collection device,this design uses the STM32 microcontroller as the control core,the use of sensors as feedback system,including gas sensors(TGS2600),temperature and humidity sensor(DHT11)and Dust sensor(GP2Y1010AU0F);keypad and mobile phone Bluetooth as a human-computer interaction control system input.In addition,the OLED display and Mobile phone interfaceand fan as the control system of the output,the sensor measured data displayed on the OLED display and Mobile phone interface,and according to the measured data to control the wind speed of the fan.Electrostatic dust removal device design reference home air purifier design steps to calculate the parameters obtained by theoretical and empirical value of the combination of reference and comparison,and in accordance with the data continue to improve,the final design of a highly efficient electrostatic dust removal device.The design of intelligent,efficient,low power consumption,low cost,tested to achieve a good purification effect.
